How do I sign up?
Few Points to be noted during the signup process
- Enter true details, as these will be needed to retrieve your password in case you forget.
- After entering your details, you have the option to click on the Sign me up Free Link to sign up or Sign me as Paid user Link to sign up if you select Free user, your account signup process is completed and an activation email will be sent to you email address, please check your junk mail/spam folder if you cannot find the email from TeluguDen.com. You need to locate this email and click activate link to start using your account.
- If you chose to be a Paid user, you will be sent to the payment page; here you have an option to choose to pay for a month or 3 months starting from the date of payment.

Videos : Two videos will be available to watch for the free members, these free videos will be changed every Tuesday and Friday. 2 Videos will be updated every day, one each in the Hindi section and Telugu section; Premium members have unrestricted access to 100+ videos in the Telugu section and 100+ Videos in the Hindi section. Apart from these 200+ videos, Classic sections, Mixed bag will house numerous videos. All put together the Premium user will be treated to a minimum of 200 latest Videos.
Videos are not playing on my computer?
- Check if the latest version of Real Player is installed in your Computer.

- The TeluguDen website is optimized for Internet Explorer7 or higher, if you are using a older browser you might experience errors, please update your software from here.

Can I share my Username and Password?
No, that will be account abuse. When you register, your IP address is recorded, this will be in our records as your base IP address. Every time you use the Username/Password to login from a different location, our systems immediately intimate us that you are sharing your Username/Password. In this Instance, a Warning message will be sent to your email address. If the abuse still continues, your account will be suspended and no refund will be made, which also means you will never be able to access TeluguDen website from your computer.
